18/02/2013 – Gippsland Hay Donation

Here’s a couple of photos taken during the collection and delivery of donated goods bound for Gippsland (Heyfield).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank those involved: Project Hope Horse Welfare. Victoria, Simone Panett of Feed Plus in Toolern Vale and Simone’s very generous customers, Jo, Shell (you girls know who you are) my mate Tony and his son for helping me unload and the TREW committee for their continuing good work.

Great job all!

The Gippsland equine community has expressed their gratitude and would like to thank all those involved.

Donation from Retract-a-Fence

TREW would like to say a HUGE thank you to Retract-a-Fence for their very generous donation of a portable, electric fence unit.

Please support them and check out their webpage Retract-a-Fence. These great units can be can be purchased at The Farm Store with 5% of sales going back to TREW when you mention us when you place your order.

Seymour Alternative Farming Expo 2012

Triple R Equine Welfare attended the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo 2012 held from the 17th to 19th of February.

It was a good opportunity for us to be out in the community educating, informing and discussing a varied of topics and issues in relation to equine care and welfare. Our education stand, speakers, displays and information leaflets were all very well received.

TREW was thanked many times for the assistance which has been continually offered throughout the equine loving community and unfortunately, we were informed of a number of concerns which are now being investigated.

A special thank you to our newest supporters Discovery Floats and The Farm Store. In addition we would like to take this opportunity to welcome those new members who have recently joined our organization.

We would also like to thank Laucke Mills for a generous donation of their premium feeds at the completion of the expo.
